Cyberpunk 2077: CD Projekt Red bans sex mod with Keanu Reeves

The integration of a modeled star in a game also has its pitfalls, as CD Projekt Red recently discovered as part of its role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077 (). As reported by Eurogamer.net , the character models could be exchanged via mod in a sex scene – so that the player got in touch with Keanu Reeves' digital double Johnny Silverhand. In the meantime, the game manufacturer has removed the mod.

The modification of “Catmino” was created, which enabled the exchange of a number of figures. CD Projekt Red told Eurogamer.net that there was no problem with the general exchange of fictional characters, but when using characters with a real counterpart in explicit scenes, a limit had been exceeded if they had not agreed to this:

“When it comes to models of real people that we have asked to participate in the game, we ask you to refrain from using them in any situation” that can be perceived as offensive or offensive if the player does not have explicit permission to do so. For more information about the intricacies of the rules, the manufacturer refers to the license agreement and the ” Fan Content Guidelines “.

Eurogamer suspects that CD Projekt Red is also using the case as an opportunity to avoid similar scenes with other guest stars such as Hideo Kojima or various streamers.
